Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
- 25 oz Chartreuse Green
- 25 oz Mint syrup
- 5 oz Lemon juicE
- Splash of soda water
- Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Measure out all ingredients and pour into shaker
- Add ice
- Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Strain through Hawthorne strainer into tall glass
- Add fresh ice into glass and top with soda water
- Add fresh mint sprig for garnish
