Galway In Spring by Glendalough Distillery

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
  • .25 oz Chartreuse Green
  • .25 oz Mint syrup
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • Splash of soda water
  • Fresh Mint
Directions
  • Step 1 Measure out all ingredients and pour into shaker
  • Step 2 Add ice
  • Step 3 Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
  • Step 4 Strain through Hawthorne strainer into tall glass
  • Step 5 Add fresh ice into glass and top with soda water
  • Step 6 Add fresh mint sprig for garnish
