Galway In Spring by Glendalough Distillery

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
- .25 oz Chartreuse Green
- .25 oz Mint syrup
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- Splash of soda water
- Fresh Mint
Directions
- Step 1 Measure out all ingredients and pour into shaker
- Step 2 Add ice
- Step 3 Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Step 4 Strain through Hawthorne strainer into tall glass
- Step 5 Add fresh ice into glass and top with soda water
- Step 6 Add fresh mint sprig for garnish
