Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
  • 25 oz Chartreuse Green
  • 25 oz Mint syrup
  • 5 oz Lemon juicE
  • Splash of soda water
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. Measure out all ingredients and pour into shaker
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
  4. Strain through Hawthorne strainer into tall glass
  5. Add fresh ice into glass and top with soda water
  6. Add fresh mint sprig for garnish
