- 1.5 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
- 25 oz Chartreuse Green
- 25 oz Mint syrup
- 5 oz Lemon juicE
- Splash of soda water
- Fresh Mint
Measure out all ingredients and pour into shaker
Add ice
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
Strain through Hawthorne strainer into tall glass
Add fresh ice into glass and top with soda water
Add fresh mint sprig for garnish
