
Bunny Ears
Ingredients
- 25ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml Carrot Juice
- 75ml Orange Juice
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. (You can use an empty sauce jar if you do not have a shaker)
- Add some ice to your cocktail shaker or sauce jar and shake again
- Serve over cubed ice in a highball glass
- Garnish with an orange slice
