  • 25 ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
  • 25 ml Aperol
  • 25 ml Carrot Juice
  • 75 ml Orange Juice

Instructions
 

  • Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. (You can use an empty sauce jar if you do not have a shaker)
  • Add some ice to your cocktail shaker or sauce jar and shake again
  • Serve over cubed ice in a highball glass
  • Garnish with an orange slice
