The Peruvian take on the Manhattan mixes pisco with sweet vermouth. If you haven't already fallen love with pisco, this cocktail will make you!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz SUYO Pisco No. 1 Quebranta
  • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange peel

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Stir, stir, stir
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Express orange peel for aromatics and garnish.
