El Capitán
The Peruvian take on the Manhattan mixes pisco with sweet vermouth. If you haven't already fallen love with pisco, this cocktail will make you!
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz SUYO Pisco No. 1 Quebranta
- 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Orange peel
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice
- Stir, stir, stir
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Express orange peel for aromatics and garnish.
