How to Make the Chamomile & Lemon Gin Sour

Most winter cocktails lean heavy — spice, smoke, heat. This one takes a different approach. The Chamomile & Lemon Gin Sour is quietly restorative, balancing soft floral notes with the clean brightness of citrus.

Chamomile & Lemon Gin Sour

It’s a drink designed for the end of a long day: calming, refreshing, and structured enough to feel intentional without being fussy.

Chamomile and lemon are a natural pairing, but they rarely appear together in cocktails. This gin sour uses a simple chamomile syrup to introduce floral depth while keeping the drink graceful and uncluttered. The texture is silky, the acidity is balanced, and the aroma is subtly comforting — essentially a gentler, more contemplative version of a classic sour.
