Bellinicus, Polo Bar at the Westbury Mayfair, London

Bellinicus

Ingredients

  • 45ml Italicus
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Rose Syrup
  • 4ml Peach Bitters
  • Moët & Chandon to Top

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker
  2. Add ice & shake
  3. Strain into a Champagne Flute
  4. Top with Moët & Chandon
