- 45ml Italicus
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Rose Syrup
- 4ml Peach Bitters
- Moët & Chandon to Top
Put all the ingredients in a shaker
Add ice & shake
Strain into a Champagne Flute
Top with Moët & Chandon
