Today’s guests are leading the pack in redefining Apres-Ski. Gareth Hayes, Bar Manager, oversees everything at Laury’s, where its new menu is just about to launch. Abi Godbald took Beanies from a traditional coffee shop by day, to cocktail bar by night, and serves up the best espresso martini in town. Lastly, Christine Jahier of Bec Jaune Brewery is here to explain why you just can’t commit to loving one beer.
