Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Amplify non-alcoholic spirit
  • 15 ml Honey Syrup Preferably a light honey such as Acacia mixed 1:1 with water
  • 60 ml Strong Cold Brew Coffee*
  • 1 Pinch sea-salt flakes – 10-12 flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your shaker
  • Fill your shaker with ice and then shake as vigorously as possible until almost too cold to hold
  • Strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a small sprinkling of finely ground coffee

Notes

*In a jar place 100 grams of cafetiere coffee with 1000ml water and leave in the fridge for 24 hours – strain off through a cafetiere or paper filter – this will keep for up to 5 days.
