Abbey Cocktail

Could work so well for brunch. I don't know why The Abbey Cocktail isn't more popular. It's super easy and looks chic.

A fruity twist on the Vesper Martini, the recipe was originally seen in "The Savoy Cocktail Book." Try Dry Vermouth if you can't find Lillet!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • Orange slice and cherry

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake, shake, shake
  4. Strain into a coupe glass
  5. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry
