Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Starward Left-Field Whisky
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 20 ml Egg White
  • 15 ml Australian red wine

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except the wine into a shaker
  • Dry shake without ice
  • Add ice and shake again
  • Strain into a rocks glass with ice
  • Gently pour the wine onto the back of the spoon into the glass so it floats on top
  • Serve
