Starward New York Sour

An Australian whisky take on the classic New York Sour recipe, The Starward Left-Field New York Sour makes you forget all about bourbon!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Starward Left-Field
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 20ml Egg White
  • 15ml Australian red wine

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the wine into a shaker
  2. Dry shake without ice
  3. Add ice and shake again
  4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice
  5. Gently pour the wine onto the back of the spoon into the glass so it floats on top
  6. Serve
