The Singapore Sling is a classic gin cocktail born at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel. A medley of fruit that can be made at home so easily!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin, London dry
  • 1/4 oz Cherry Heering
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz fizzy water
  • Garnish: maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for the fizzy water to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake, shake, shake
  4. Strain over ice into glass with ice
  5. Top up with fizzy water
  6. Garnish with cherry and pineapple
