35ml Sing Gin
15ml fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
4 to 5 fresh cherries (pitted)
- Place cherries in a highball glass with sugar syrup and lime juice.
- Muddle together for 15 seconds.
- Add cubed or crushed ice and the gin.
- Top with sparkling water and stir.
- Garnish with cherries and a slice of lime.
