  • 50 ml Pear Schnapps
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml Orgeat syrup
  • 5 crushed cloves
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Crush the cloves and put them in the shake.
  • Add 4 slightly crushed mint leaves.
  • Add the other ingredients to the shaker with ice.
  • Shake.
  • Fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupette.
