- 5 crushed cloves
- 4 mint leaves
- 5 cl Pear Schnapps
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 2.5 cl Orgeat syrup
Crush the cloves and put them in the shake.
Add 4 slightly crushed mint leaves.
Add the other ingredients to the shaker with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupette.
