Ingredients
  • 5 crushed cloves
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 5 cl Pear Schnapps
  • 2.5 cl lemon juice
  • 2.5 cl Orgeat syrup
Directions
  • Step 1 Crush the cloves and put them in the shake.
  • Step 2 Add 4 slightly crushed mint leaves.
  • Step 3 Add the other ingredients to the shaker with ice.
  • Step 4 Shake.
  • Step 5 Fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupette.
