From 22 to 28 September 2025, renowned Italian vermouth brand Cocchi will be partnering with venues across the UK to celebrate the Negroni, one of the world’s most iconic cocktails. This year, Cocchi is inviting bartenders to embrace creativity with the theme ‘Keep the heart, change the spirit’.
Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino has long been a bartender’s favourite, renowned for its quality and for the part it plays in so many of the best classic cocktails, most notably as the foundation of the Negroni. Yet it is the brand’s full portfolio that truly offers bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts alike the chance to explore new interpretations of this timeless serve.
‘Keep the heart, change the spirit’ focuses on using one of Cocchi’s vermouth or aperitivos as the core ingredient but switching the various components to encourage drinkers to explore the cocktail in new forms. Throughout the week, cocktail lovers can explore a vibrant line-up of Negroni twists, each reimagined with different spirits whilst keeping Cocchi at the heart.
