How to Make the Hugo Cocktail

A Northern Italian favorite where elderflower grows like weeds. I am not sure why this really delicious cocktail hadn't caught on elsewhere, but don't forget to order it when you're there!

Ingredients

  • 30ml Elderflower cordial
  • 10ml Soda water
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • Mint
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint in your glass gently
  2. Add lime wedges
  3. Pour in elderflower syrup
  4. Top up with Prosecco
  5. Add a splash of sparkling water
  6. Stir and add ice!
  7. Garnish with more lime and mint
