How to Make the Hapusa Gin Pahadi Coffee

Hapusa Gin Pahadi Coffee

“Pahadi” in Hindi means “from the Mountains”. This drink is named this after it was discovered by the team whilst they were high up in the Himalayas foraging for Juniper Berries. They found themselves surrounded by snow in a place called Sissu Valley which is situated at about 10,000 ft. above sea level. As they took a break, they were brewing some coffee and  decided to have some fun with it. The Pahadi Coffee was born.
