Either drink Gosnells Mead neat or over ice. Or in a cocktail! This recipe is super simple and a perfectly crisp summer apéritif!

Ingredients
  

  • 35 ml Dry Gin
  • 35 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Honey Syrup
  • Top up with Gosnells

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the honey syrup: mix two parts honey with one part hot water and allow to chill. 
  • Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup together to a shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Pour into a chilled coupe
  • Top with Gosnells
  • Garnish with citrus
