- 35 ml Dry Gin
- 35 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- Top up with Gosnells
Start by making the honey syrup: mix two parts honey with one part hot water and allow to chill.
Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup together to a shaker
Add ice
Shake, shake, shake
Pour into a chilled coupe
Top with Gosnells
Garnish with citrus
