Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Monin Coconut Syrup
  • 100 ml Soda Water
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel & Mint Sprig

Instructions
 

  • Add the Dewar’s, Lemon Juice, and Syrup to a chilled Highball Glass, filled with ice
  • Top up with the Soda
  • Stir ingredients from the bottom upwards to mix thoroughly
  • Garnish with slapped mint sprig and lime wheel.
