Created by Mark Hix, this is the ultimate dirty martini; strong, salty and sweet. Beautifully presented in a mini martini glass, pour your own from a little jug that nestles in a glass of ice. 

Black Cow Vodka Dirty Cow - Cocktail Recipe

Dirty Cow

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 50ml Black Cow
  • Dry vermouth
  • 5ml olive brine
  • 1 large olive to garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the Black Cow, splash of dry vermouth and olive brine into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled glass
  4. Add the olive
