These cocktails are fit for a Queen! Queen Elizabeth no less! Start shaking and stirring in honor of our Queen’s Jubilee Celebrations from June 2 – 5, 2022!
I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite summer cocktails to celebrate the day or make a gin and Dubonnet, Queen Elizabeth’s tipple of choice!
Rumored to be Queen Elizabeth's favorite tipple, the Dubonnet and Gin is easy to make and you feel like a royal sipping it!
I couldn't begin the list Of Jubilee cocktails without a nod to the most English of cocktails - the Gin and Tonic. This gin is made by Gordon's - a company that has been around since the 1700's. This G&T has gone pink and is accompanied by the most British of fruit - the strawberry!
Another fabulous gin cocktail, but will a touch of the UK's favorite summer wine, Rosé! Brockmans, the ‘Properly Improper Gin’ is unlike any other gin you have tasted before. Crafted with delicious wild blackberries and blueberries and refreshing citrus and coriander, this gin is the perfect spirit to create an array of delicious cocktails for the bank holiday weekend.Â
Another strawberry forward cocktails, but this time with vodka! Black Cow & English Strawberries uses locally sourced strawberries that are either leftover or too misshapen for sale in UK stores. The strawberries are pressed and infused in Black Cow Vodka for four days before being filtered and hand bottled at the Black Cow Distillery. Fit for a queen!
Ok - so this one is Italian! Since the aperitivo has caught on in London like mad, I had to include one that is near to my heart. Created by former Lush Lifer, Luca Missaglia, Amaro Santoni is a luxury Italian aperitivo, created in Florence with delicious rhubarb and iris flowers and 34 unique herbs. It is a perfect refreshing spring aperitif for enjoying anytime of the day, especially for those looking for a low-ABV this Bank Holiday!
Here is one for the alcohol free cocktail lover! Equally as gorgeous as the rest and just as delicious!
