How to Make the Dukes Bar Classic Martini

You can’t get more perfect than this. Dukes Bar was Ian Fleming’s, author of the James Bond novels, favorite haunt. You too can drink the Martinis that inspired “Shaken, not stirred.” Legend Alessandro Palazzi has created this easy recipe for you to replicate at home!

You’ll need the following equipment:

  • Jigger
  • Martini Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 3 dashes Dry Vermouth Dukes uses a bespoke Sacred Vermouth
  • 4 ounces Gin frozen
  • Lemon peel

Instructions
 

  • Dash Vermouth into a frozen martini glass & coat the glass
  • Pour in the Gin.
  • Do not stir.
  • Garnish with a lemon peel.
