The Z, Z Bar at Peninsula Hotel, Chicago – Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 2 ounces Koval Gin
  • ¾ ounce Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Flowering Mint (or normal mint spring for garnish)
Directions
  • Step 1 In shaker, muddle cucumber and mint
  • Step 2 Fill with ice
  • Step 3 Add gin, bergamot liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup
  • Step 4 Shake vigorously
  • Step 5 Double-strain into a ‘martini’ glass
  • Step 6 Garnish with cluster of flowering mint
