Mimosa
Believed to be invented at the Ritz Hotel by bartender Frank Meier in 1925, the Mimosa has been a brunch favorite since that day!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 4 oz. brut champagne
- 1 tsp. Grand Marnier optional
Instructions
- Fill a champagne glass 1/3 full of freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Top up with brut champagne
- Add a teaspoon of Grand Marnier
- Stir gently
