Cult East London cocktail bar Parasol is set to host an exclusive London Cocktail Week takeover from Barcelona’s trailblazing bar FOCO on Friday 17th October.
FOCO, which opened in 2023, has already made waves in Barcelona’s cocktail scene. The bar has won plaudits for its classically inspired menu with contemporary twists, featuring unexpected ingredients and innovative approaches to flavour.
For one night only from 5pm-2am, FOCO will bring their creative energy to London, taking over Parasol with a menu designed in partnership with GREY GOOSE vodka. Guests can expect an exclusive GREY GOOSE cocktail menu curated by FOCO, showcasing the bar’s signature balance of tradition and innovation.
Guests can look forward to standout serves including a Moscow Mule with GREY GOOSE vodka, cold-pressed ginger, kaffir lime leaf, black pepper, and oat which is also available in a 200ml RTD format at Umbrella Workshop. The Strawberry Fields offers a playful mix of GREY GOOSE vodka, strawberry pastis, rhubarb mascarpone, and rosé vermouth, while the Espresso Martini gets a modern twist with aerated espresso, salted vanilla foam, and toasted hazelnut.
The menu will also feature twists on classics including a Paloma with Patrón Tequila Reposado, sparkling grapefruit wine, and smoky chilli heat, and a fragrant Pisco Sour crafted with Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru and beeswax pisco.
Adding to the atmosphere, Olugbenga (Metronomy) will deliver a special disco and groove DJ set, creating the perfect soundtrack for the takeover.
This collaboration marks a unique meeting of two pioneering bars, promising cutting-edge cocktails, music, and atmosphere in the heart of East London.
