A spicy twist on the classic New York Sour!


  • 50ml Lot 40
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 15ml Egg white (optional)
  • 15ml Ruby port
  • Cherry


  1. Add the Lot 40, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker
  2. Shake as hard as you can
  3. Add ice
  4. Shake, shake, shake
  5. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  6. Slowly pour the Ruby port over the back of a bar spoon.
  7. You'll see the port float on top of the cocktail in a layer at the top
  8. Garnish with a cherry
