Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Lot 40
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 15 ml Egg white optional
  • 15 ml Ruby port
  • Cherry

Instructions
 

  • Add the Lot 40, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker
  • Shake as hard as you can
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  • Slowly pour the Ruby port over the back of a bar spoon.
  • You'll see the port float on top of the cocktail in a layer at the top
  • Garnish with a cherry
