With the warmer months in full swing, I wanted to share Lita’s just-launched summer cocktail menu, a fresh new addition to the Michelin-starred modern bistro in Marylebone.
Known for its refined yet soulful approach to seasonal dining, Lita is now bringing the same philosophy to the glass, with a menu that celebrates both freshness and complexity, offering a thoughtful pairing to the restaurant’s food offering or a stand-alone summer sip.
Curated by Bar Manager Danil Sidorenko, the cocktail list aims to “feel like a bit of a journey” as he explains, and is divided into two narrative lines: Garden and Harbour. Garden captures the bright, breezy spirit of summer using citrus, herbs, botanicals and seasonal fruits. Harbour, on the other hand, leans into deeper, more layered profiles, with fortified wines, spice, and aged spirits inspired by the flavours of European port cities and old-world drinking traditions.
From the Garden side of the menu, guests can sip on Solara, a bittersweet spritz with bright floral and citrus notes, Rooted, a crisp and herbal refresher, or Pina, a sparkling twist on the piña colada that’s smooth and tropical. Meanwhile, Harbour highlights include Tartufo, a bold, bittersweet cocktail layered with rich vermouth and fruity undertones; Platano, a deep, Manhattan-style serve with warming, spiced notes; and Tiramisu, a nostalgic, dessert-inspired creation with hints of coffee and cream.
