Le 300 bar announces the highly anticipated second season of its takeover series, Meets & Sips, following the roaring success of last year’s edition.
This season’s takeovers, featuring internationally acclaimed and award-winning bars, offer guests an exclusive opportunity to engage with some of the world’s most exciting bartending talents in an intimate setting, just above the Mediterranean coastline.
Spearheaded by The Maybourne Riviera’s Head Mixologist Julien Lecharpentier, this year’s series showcases bars that share his passion for layered, refined flavour profiles and artistic storytelling through cocktails, with the continued support of its partners Edrington (Brugal 1888 and The Macallan) and Roku Gin.
Thursday 7th August – The Ritz Bar x Le 300 | A Tale of Two Cities
The second event brings Romain de Courcy, Director of the Ritz Bar located within the legendary Ritz Paris, to Le 300. Romain’s internationally inspired style draws from his training in gastronomy, visual arts, and hospitality. Known for his cinematic approach to storytelling through cocktails — a hallmark of the modern Parisian mixology scene — he will explore the elegant contrasts between the urban sophistication of Paris and the serene luxury of the Riviera.
Supported by The Macallan, this evening will present rare whisky-based creations that highlight balance, craftsmanship, and narrative depth. Expect minimalist beauty, seasonal French ingredients, and deep flavours served with couture-like precision.
Tuesday 26th August – CopperBay Lancaster x Le 300 | The Final Wave
The series concludes with CopperBay Lancaster, Paris — an elegant extension of the original CopperBay, a landmark in the Parisian cocktail scene since 2014. Led by the celebrated Aurélie Panhelleaux, co-founder of the CopperBay group, Aurélie brings her extensive hospitality background and reputation as one of Paris’s most technically skilled mixologists. Her approach embodies a maritime sensibility rooted in freshness and spontaneity.
Sponsored by Roku Gin, this takeover will pay homage to the Mediterranean’s botanical bounty, merging Japanese precision with southern French exuberance. Guests can anticipate delicate infusions, subtle aromatics, and a seamless interplay of texture and temperature.
