How to bottle cocktails that will have them wanting more

Whom do you call when you are opening a new bar and have no idea what cocktails to serve?  Whom do you call when you want to create recipes for bottled cocktails that fly off the shelves? I know whom I would call – Liquid Intellect!

Today’s guests, Eleanor Holcroft and Charles Roche, are the inventors of each and every cocktail that emerges from their Soho underground lair. Using the most modern of techniques, they can manipulate a basic ingredient like a strawberry and use it in a myriad of ways that your layman might not even know existed. That’s what makes their cocktails so exciting.

Now they’ve bottled their favorites and you can enjoy them anytime you want! Who doesn’t want to drink a Jam Doughnut Negroni or a Cookie Dough Old Fashioned? I know I do!

Try your hand at making their cocktail of the week: Boys to the Yard! It’s not the easiest of cocktail recipes, I’ll tell you that!

Who’s on tap next:

Next time, we head down south to Kentucky to do some Urban Bourbon trailing – even visiting the bar that is rumored to have invented the Old Fashioned!
