How to Make the Glendalough Shamrock

The Glendalough Shamrock gets its distinctive green colour from herbs, herbal tea and botanical liqueur. This elevated, herbaceous whiskey cocktail embodies the essence of Glendalough, offering a naturally delicious drink for St. Patrick’s Day.

The original Shamrock recipe dates back to 1930, when it appeared in Harry Craddock’s ‘The Savoy Cocktail Book’. Our own recipe has been adapted to perfectly complement Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
