The Sun Tavern’s Fu Manchu

The Sun Tavern in London had taken on the Mai Tai and made it heavy on the rum, which is a great thing!

Ingredients

  • 20ml Bacardi Quatro Rum
  • 5ml Smith and Cross Rum
  • 20ml OvenRoof Rum
  • 15ml Nonino Amaro
  • 20ml Palm Wine
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Pistachio Syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker 
  2. Shake until well chilled 
  3. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice
  4. Garnish with a Pandan Leaf if available
