The Sun Tavern in London had taken on the Mai Tai and made it heavy on the rum, which is a great thing!
Ingredients
- 20ml Bacardi Quatro Rum
- 5ml Smith and Cross Rum
- 20ml OvenRoof Rum
- 15ml Nonino Amaro
- 20ml Palm Wine
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Pistachio Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake until well chilled
- Strain into a tumbler filled with ice
- Garnish with a Pandan Leaf if available
