Festive Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

  • 40ml premium vodka
  • 30ml mulled spiced cranberry juice*
  • 20ml triple sec
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Grated ginger, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together with ice in a shaker.
  2. Strain and serve.

Notes

*To make the mulled spiced cranberry juice:

  • 1 litre of cranberry juice
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 sliced orange and zest from 2 oranges
  • Grated ginger, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes, but do not boil. Strain and chill well before use (recommended to prepare 24 hours in advance of use).
