Fenjiu Chinese New Year Martini

Baijiu is the national drink of China and traditionally enjoyed at Chinese New Year. Fenjiu baijiu is enjoyed neat or as part of a cocktail. Try this simple Fenjiu Chinese New Year cocktail at home!

Ingredients

  • 20ml Fenjiu
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 20ml Dry vermouth infused with fresh ginger and green tea
  • 2 drops of orange bitter

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and stir
  3. Strain into a coupette glass
  4. Garnish with lemon zest
