Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 to 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne
  • Raspberry and thyme

Instructions

  1. Place a sugar cube into a chilled Champagne flute
  2. Douse with the bitters
  3. Top up with Champagne
  4. Watch it fizz away
  5. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a bit of thyme
