How to Make a Calabash Citrus Punch

Calabash Citrus Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 50ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 15ml honey
  • 50ml dark rum

Instructions

  1. Muddle ginger with honey in a cocktail shaker until ginger is fully crushed.
  2. Add the rum, grapefruit juice and ice then shake.
  3. Strain and pour over a tumbler of crushed ice.
