Cabal Rum’s Cabalero

In my many years of bartending I have combined hundreds of different spirits with ginger ale, but Cabal No.1513 seems to be the best base I have tried so far for the ubiquitous spicy mixer." - 50 ml Cabal Rum No. 1513
- 10 ml Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- Top-up ginger ale
- Add all of the ingredients to a high ball glass filled with ice.
- Stir well and top up with ice if necessary.
- Garnish with orange wedge and ground coffee
