The traditional Affogato is espresso poured over vanilla gelato. To make it truly a truly Italian cocktail, drizzle a bit of Amaretto or Frangelico over it. Personally I love a little Sambuca!

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 ounce liqueur

Instructions

  • Pour the hot espresso over it
  • Drizzle in the liqueur
