Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Talisker 10 Year Old or Storm
  • 20 ml Belsazar Sweet Vermouth
  • 5 ml PX Sherry
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Zest
  • Shortbread

Instructions
 

  • Combine Talisker Whisky, Belsazar, PX Sherry and Angostura Bitters
  • Stir over cubed ice
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass
  • Garnish: Use the oils from the orange zest to add fragrance to the drink and serve with a piece of shortbread.
