Ingredients
- 40ml Talisker 10 Year Old or Storm
- 20ml Belsazar Sweet Vermouth
- 5ml PX Sherry
- Dash Angostura Bitters
- Orange Zest
- Shortbread
Instructions
- Combine Talisker Whisky, Belsazar, PX Sherry and Angostura Bitters
- Stir over cubed ice
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish: Use the oils from the orange zest to add fragrance to the drink and serve with a piece of shortbread.
