How to Make the Talisker Bobby Burns

  • 40ml Talisker 10 Year Old or Storm
  • 20ml Belsazar Sweet Vermouth
  • 5ml PX Sherry
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Zest
  • Shortbread


  1. Combine Talisker Whisky, Belsazar, PX Sherry and Angostura Bitters
  2. Stir over cubed ice
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  4. Garnish: Use the oils from the orange zest to add fragrance to the drink and serve with a piece of shortbread.
