How to Make the Birch Forest Martini

The Birch Forest Martini captures the essence of the wild, blending the earthy elegance of Buck & Birch Vodka with the crispness of dry vermouth. Buck & Birch Vodka, crafted from foraged botanicals and birch sap, brings a subtly woody, slightly sweet complexity to the classic martini structure.

When stirred with a high-quality dry vermouth, the result is a beautifully balanced drink—smooth, herbaceous, and evocative of a serene walk through a misty forest. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a sprig of pine for an added whisper of the wilderness.
