How to Make Belsazar Vermouth Holiday Cocktail Recipes

Belsazar Christmas Cocktails

Another series of delicious holiday cocktail recipes, but this time they’re made with Belsazar Vermouth!

You can find Belsazar Vermouth in my shop, so go get it and start making these at home before Santa comes down the chimney!

Belsazar Red - Black Forest Mulled Wine

Black Forest Mulled Wine

Perfect for the winter season!

INGREDIENTS

1500ml Pinot Noir
750ml Belsazar Red
250ml Noix De La St Jean
250ml Chambord
750ml Cranberry Juice

METHOD

Combine ingredients in a large pan and leave to simmer (do not let boil) on a low heat for 30 mins.
Serve warm and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Belsazar White - Snowball

Snowball

Don’t throw this one at anyone!

INGREDIENTS

50ml Belsazar White
25ml Advocaat
50ml Soda
Lime Twist garnish

METHOD

Combine the following ingredients in a small wine glass or highball.
Give a gentle stir to combine.

Belsazar Rose - Winter Spritz

Winter Spritz

I don’t think this is only for winter!
I think it’s my new favorite spritz.

INGREDIENTS

75ml Belsazar Rose
50ml Prosecco
50ml Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with Grapefruit Twist

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a wine glass, top with cubed ice and stir to combine.

Belsazar Vermouth Wet Wet Wet Martini

Wet-Wet-Wet Martini

Reverse the measurements and you get delicious!

INGREDIENTS

60ml Belsazar Dry
30ml Ketel One
2ml Creme De Mure
Lemon Twist garnish

METHOD

 Stir all ingredients with cubed ice.
Strain into a stemmed glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Belsazar Vermouth Negroni

Negroni

The classic done the Vermouth way!

INGREDIENTS

25ml Belsazar Red
25ml Martini Reserva Bitter
25ml Tanqueray Gin

METHOD

Add all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass,
Give a quick stir.
Garnish with an orange slice.
