Avallen's Bee Well

An Avallen Calvados cocktail created in collaboration with Camille Vidal at La Maison Wellness that combines a touch of honey, a touch of Chamomile tea, and load of wellness.


  • 25ml Avallen
  • 50ml Chamomile Tea
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Raw Honey Water with Turmeric
  • 3 dashes of Nettle Tincture
  • Half pipette of Ms Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer
  • Garnish: Daisy (edible flower) or Bee Pollen


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake, shake, shake
  3. Pour into a Coupette
  4. Garnish with an edible Daisy
