This variation builds on the Breakfast Martini by leaning further into citrus and bitterness through Seville orange. It keeps the original idea but sharpens the profile. The honey softens it as well!

The balance sits between bitter, sweet, and bright citrus. It is slightly more structured than the original marmalade version. The result feels more sunshiny!
Why Lush Life Loves It
I like this when the original feels a bit too soft. It has a sharper edge that makes it more interesting. It is a small shift that I actually prefer.
