The Cocktail Bar at the five-star Marylebone hotel unveils an enchanting new cocktail menu, that takes guests on a sensory tour through Marylebone’s storied history, with each drink a homage to local legends and architecture.

Paying tribute to Selfridges’ iconic beauty hall just moments from The Marylebone, Eau de Parfum is a cocktail constructed like a fine fragrance: structured in top, heart, and base notes for a layered tasting experience. A crisp, clean base of Código Tequila meets the citrus brightness of Italicus and the floral depth of Muyu Jasmine Verte. Pineapple and lime bring vibrancy and structure, while honey syrup adds golden warmth, mirroring the store’s signature yellow. Finished with a silky Oggs foam and three black Angostura hearts, an elegant wink to the Selfridges logo, this modern margarita is citrusy, refined, and utterly memorable. A drink that wears like scent.
An homage to the most famous resident of Baker Street, Sherlock is a modern highball inspired by the sharp intellect, theatrical flair, and Victorian backdrop of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s legendary detective. Redbreast 12 brings depth and spice, paired with The King’s Ginger, originally created for Edward VII, Holmes’ real-life contemporary. Mezcal and Muyu Vetiver Gris add smoke and sandalwood complexity, a nod to Holmes’ iconic pipe. Topped with a Pinot Noir air and served beneath a smoked cloche for a final flourish of mystery and theatre, Sherlock is an elegant, enigmatic serve, where tradition meets intrigue in every sip.
Inspired by Queen Mary’s Gardens, home to London’s largest rose collection, Inner Circle is a fresh and floral spritz that takes guests on a sensorial stroll through the neighbourhood’s most romantic green space. A base of Belvedere Vodka is layered with the bittersweet warmth of Amaro Santoni and the floral complexity of Cocchi Rosa, echoing the garden’s varied botanical landscapes, from the Mediterranean beds to the famed Circular Rose Garden. Passion fruit and tonka bean nod to the Jungle Border, while a rose lemonade top offers a delicate, petal-soft finish. Elegant, uplifting, and evocative of a summer’s walk in bloom.
Natural Remedy is a spirit-free spritz inspired by Florence Nightingale, Marylebone’s pioneering nurse and a symbol of care and reform. This elegant, wellness-led serve blends chrysanthemum cold brew, long valued for its calming and detoxifying properties, with Martini Floreale and elderflower for digestive balance and immune support. Bright, floral, and quietly powerful, a tribute to dignity, healing, and timeless care.
Many more additional cocktails make up this fascinating new list, taking guests on a captivating journey, celebrating the incredible people and places that have made Marylebone one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods.
