Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Port of Leith Distillery Oloroso sherry
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup or spiced sugar syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • Garnish with grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 
  • Add ice and shake again for another 30 seconds 
  • Strain into a glass 
  • Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
