Port of Leith Distillery Sherry Flip
The flip compliments the deep nutty character of the Oloroso sherry paired with the creaminess of an entire egg which results in a delicate but perfectly balanced drink.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Port of Leith Distillery Oloroso sherry
- 15 ml Sugar syrup or spiced sugar syrup
- 1 Egg
- Garnish with grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again for another 30 seconds
- Strain into a glass
- Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
