60 ml Port of Leith Distillery Oloroso sherry 15 ml Sugar syrup or spiced sugar syrup 1 Egg Garnish with grated nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake again for another 30 seconds
Strain into a glass
Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
