  • 50 ml Black Cow
  • 25 ml Sweet Sherry
  • Top up with Tomato Juice
  • Good splash Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • Good splash Tabasco
  • Dash Celery Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients and serve in a highball glass over ice
  • Garnish with a pickled chilli
  • Spread the celery salt roughly
