Dead Rabbit
Unleash the spirit of the Dead Rabbit with this Jameson's Whiskey cocktail. Immerse yourself in the bold character of Irish whiskey, mixed to perfection for a distinct taste experience.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Jameson’s Whiskey
- 10 ml Martini Rosso
- 2 Dashes Creole bitters
- Ginger Beer Top
- Fresh sliced Ginger
- Fresh scorched Rosemary garnish
Instructions
- Rub the ginger slice around the rim and drop it into a glass
- Add in the Jameson’s, Martini Rosso and dashes of Creole Bitter
- Stir with ice
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Garnish with Burnt Rosemary
