How to Make the Cocohill

Sometimes, the best cocktails are the simplest ones, and the Cocohill proves just that. This minimalist masterpiece combines the rich, complex flavors of Mount Gay XO Rum with the refreshing purity of coconut water, creating a drink that is as elegant as it is effortless.

Cocohill

Crafting the Cocohill is delightfully straightforward. Start by freezing coconut water in silicone molds to create one fabulously smooth ice cube. Once frozen, place the coconut cube into an old-fashioned glass, pour Mount Gay XO Rum all over it, and serve. The melting coconut water gently infuses the rum, enhancing its notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice with a subtle tropical touch, transporting you to Barbados in one sip!

Perfect as a refined after-dinner drink or a conversation starter at your next gathering, the Cocohill showcases the art of letting high-quality ingredients shine. Sometimes, all you need are two elements to create magic in a glass.

Raise one tonight and experience the beauty of simplicity. Bottom’s up!
