- 35ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
- 100ml clementine juice
- 15ml reduced spiced port syrup (spiced with cinnamon, black cardamom)
- Step 1 Add the gin and clementine juice to a highball glass with add cubed ice
- Step 2 Stir
- Step 3 Drizzle the syrup over the top
