In this new concept, visitors will be transported to three worlds within a single universe: a museum that tells the story of the enigmatic Grigori Stravinsky, a bar area where cocktails created by Dr. Stravinsky are reinvented through customization and edible perfumes, and a Club Playroom, a research, exploration, and sensory experience development room where the team experiments with flavors, techniques, and new ways to experience mixology.
Each cocktail will be an evolving experience, where members can choose their aromatic finish to transform the drink into something unique and personal. A space to play, discover, and become part of the Dr. Stravinsky story.
